SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS CENTER (SCC) "DUBNA"

The signal uplink is to the ABS-2A satellite is carrying out from the Satellite Communications Center "Dubna". This center is the largest teleport of Russia and one of the largest in Europe. The SCC "Dubna" specializes in the organization of satellite communication channels and television and radio broadcasting.

The technical complex of the SCC is equipped with the most modern equipment. Two fiber optic cables (western and eastern) form a closed ring, forming a synchronous data transfer system on the line "Moscow (Shabolovka) - Dubna". On a separate fiber-optic channel, a line is organized from the SCC "Dubna" to the receiving point of the signal MIX (M9).

Established contacts and close interaction with equipment producers and communication network operators allow the center to stable and quality provide a signal broadcasting, to control the spacecraft and operatively react to abnormal situations. The STV control room and the teleporter "Dubna" are provided with power supply from independent sources for the main and reserve scheme. Such organization of power supply ensures the uninterrupted operation of equipment on the entire route of signal delivery to the satellite.

SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS CENTER (SCC) "SKOLKOVO"

The signal uplink is to the Express-AT1 satellite is carrying out from the Satellite Communications Center "Skolkovo". The main activity of the teleport is to ensure the broadcasting of domestic and foreign TV and radio programs through satellites of direct television broadcasting. Also, CSC "Skolkovo" specialists participate in the management of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Space Communications" direct broadcast satellites.

The technical equipment of the center includes 7 multibarreled DBS-transmitting earth stations, a Ku-band receiving and transmitting station, 29 fixed reception antennas, a standby KIS-ATP station, 2 independent fiber-optic communication lines operating in a mode of mutual reservation and providing reliable connection of the facility with the center of the program formation of RSCC, (TC "Shabolovka"), additional fiber-optic communication lines that ensure the delivery of traffic to the SCC "Skolkovo" equipment. Power supply to the teleport infrastructure is provided by two independent high-voltage lines and a transformer substation with redundancy from two autonomous diesel power plants.

SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS CENTER (SCC) "KHABAROVSK"

The signal uplink is to the Express-AT2 satellite is carrying out from the Satellite Communications Center "Khabarovsk". This center is the largest advanced teleport in the Russian Far East. The SCC provides communications to remote villages of the Far North, institutions and enterprises in the Far East.

The SCC techical equipment includes central control station HUB iDirect, which allows to organize satellite channels for broadcasting in the entire territory of the Far Eastern region both in accordance with the "star" scheme and under the "everyone with each" scheme. The central station computers determine the parameters of the emitted signals of each peripheral station. The SCC "Khabarovsk" is connected via fiber-optic line to the network of the national operator Rostelecom.

The central and peripheral ground stations VSAT occupy a special place in the composition of the technical facilities of the SCC. VSAT technologies are actively used to organize data transmission channels, including access to the Internet, in remote areas, for marine consumers, in hot spots, in emergency situations. A team of specialists is located in the "Khabarovsk" SCC providing operational maintenance of VSAT's peripheral ground stations, as well as antennas and power amplifiers of satellite ground-based stations.
